I’m Sam Muxlow, a passionate 3D printing enthusiast and designer. Witnessing the transformation of ideas into tangible realities is my greatest joy, which led to the inception of MuxlowMakes. At South-West Antennas (SWA), I serve as an Engineering Drafter and Designer, also known as the go-to "3D printing guy." Since joining SWA in Aug 2023, I've honed my design techniques for 3D printing, a journey that began in 2021 during my tenure as an Engineering Technician at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

My introduction to 3D printing was nothing short of enchanting, marked by the mesmerizing sight of a Prusa MK3S+ in action. Fueled by the desire to become the 3D printing expert at work, I began a journey that has since defined my career. From Thermo Fisher Scientific to SWA, I've become renowned for my expertise, guiding engineers and colleagues alike with invaluable experience.

Every day, I immerse myself in the art of 3D printing and design, finding boundless joy in watching creations materialize before my eyes, layer by layer, on our Bambu Lab X1C printers. Our innovative approach has significantly slashed prototyping and manufacturing costs for our antennas, showcasing the transformative power of additive manufacturing.
