Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If there is a delay due to high order volume or supply chain issues, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (customs delays may occur)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we will work with you to help resolve any issues with the shipping carrier. Please contact us at sam@muxlowmakes.com within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
